… and therefore we always strive to offer our customers a diverse range. We attach great importance to freshness, quality, regionality and seasonality.
Out of love for the region, this always plays a significant role in our daily work.
Our suppliers from the immediate vicinity:
- Hofladen Augut in Zell am See: From the family-run farm we get our farmhouse bread.
- Bio-Hof Enn in Leogang: From there we get our organic free-range eggs with the highest organic egg quality.
- Meadow fresh from Mittersill: From Egarteck Hof we are always supplied with eggs, fresh cheese and natural yogurt.
- Pinzgau Bräu – We source the craft beer directly from the neighboring town of Bruck.
- Zenz from Schwarzach and Höttl from Saalfelden supply us with regional honey all year round.
- Pinzgau Milch from Maishofen supplies us with milk, yogurt, cream and cheese. The regional products are produced exclusively from the fresh milk of local cows from the area.
- Perfeller from Piesendorf and Tödlinghof from Thumersbach always supply us with fresh cheese from their own production.
- The bakeries Unterberger in Maishofen, Gugglberger in Kaprun and Unterkofler in Großarl supply us daily with fresh bread and pastries.
- From the bakery Steger in Uttendorf we get homemade crispbread and seasonal products.
- The butchery Rumpold from Mittersill always supplies us with fresh sausage products.
